Dr. A. Lloyd Osbourne is a board-certified urologist with over 15 years of clinical and surgical experience, dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care in men’s health, urologic oncology, hormone optimization, and general urology. He brings a uniquely comprehensive and personalized approach to every patient—combining leading-edge medical science with an emphasis on wellness, prevention, and performance.

 

Dr. Osbourne received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University and earned his Doctor of Medicine from Harvard Medical School, where he cultivated a deep interest in both academic medicine and patient-centered innovation. He completed his Urology Residency at Harvard's Massachusetts General Hospital, one of the nation’s premier academic medical centers. And finally, culminated his training with a Fellowship in Robotic and Minimally Invasive Urologic Oncology at Tuft's St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston.

 

Throughout his career, Dr. Osbourne has been recognized for his expertise in robotic and minimally invasive urologic surgery, urologic oncology, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stone disease, and male sexual and hormonal health. His clinical philosophy is rooted in providing evidence-based, individualized care—from essential “bread-and-butter” urology to the most advanced procedures in functional and reconstructive urology.

 

Dr. Osbourne founded Aevum Performance & Urology to create a practice designed around the modern patient—where technology, precision medicine, and personal attention converge. Like so many patients and physicians, Dr. Osbourne found the constraints of a standard clinic within today's healthcare system left little time to truly provide the proactive care which he has dedicated his training and career. In order to deliver the medical approach that he so strongly believes in, Dr. Osbourne founded Aevum Performance & Urology as a direct care provider, leaving the complications and limitations of insurance out of the equation. He is deeply committed to educating and empowering the greater Los Angeles community about men’s health, wellness, and disease prevention, helping patients achieve not only longevity, but vitality.

 

With many years serving the Los Angeles region, Dr. Osbourne continues to redefine the standards of concierge-level urologic care—providing each patient with a highly personalized experience marked by discretion, innovation, and genuine compassion.
